The philosophy of the Institute is to have a placement system that identifies corporate houses which require the skills imparted by the Institute and undertake proactive efforts to connect the students with such houses through on-campus and off-campus recruitment programmes. We would endeavor our best to generate dynamic attitude, professional skills, enterprising abilities & knowledge in our students & participants of various academic initiatives by responsive use of new technologies in a creative manner and thereby contributing to the overall development of the students and other members of the society.

The activities of the cell are as follows:-

• Contacting various corporate organizations regularly to invite them to campus for recruitment.
• Organizing industrial visits to students and faculty to various industries as recommended by the departments.
• Helping final year students to get sponsoring industries to do their project work or training’s.
• To organize behavioral training programs to bring about an overall development improve self esteem and confidence level, develop better presentation skills, Learn to communicate well and participation in GD’s, mock personal interviews etc.
