A quiz competition was organized under Pharmacovigilance Week 2026 at Bhavdiya Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, Ayodhya, in an enthusiastic and informative atmosphere. Students participated enthusiastically in the competition, demonstrating excellent subject knowledge, quick decision-making skills, and strong teamwork.
A total of 8 teams participated in the competition. Based on their outstanding performance, Team C secured the first position, while Team B achieved the second position. A thrilling match took place between Team C and Team B in the final round. Team C secured first place by scoring 30/30 points, whereas Team B achieved second place with 25/30 points.
The first-place winner, Team C, included Utkarsh, Sadiq, Mansi, Manyata, Vishesh, Priya Yadav, and Shivam Pal. Meanwhile, the second-place winner, Team B, comprised Harsh Mishra, Vishnu Sharma, Sachin Yadav, Shugan Verma, Ragini Kaushal, and Simmi Bano.
The scoring for the competition was conducted by Associate Professor Mr. Ranvijay Singh and Assistant Professor Mr. Jagdish Prasad. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Jyoti Verma.
The program was graced by the distinguished presence of the Institute's Chief Managing Director, Honorable Shri. Mishri Lal Verma; Chairman, Er. P. N. Verma; Secretary, Dr. Avadhesh Verma, Vice President, Mr. Ayush Verma and Dr Sanjay Kushwaha Director, Bhavdiya Group of Institutions Ayodhya. Appreciating the talent of the students, they conveyed their best wishes to all participants and encouraged them.
On this occasion, faculty members of the institute including Mr. Vipul Singh, Mr. Rakesh Pandey, Mr. Manjeet Kumar, Mr. Rahul Verma, Mr. Satendra Singh, Anshika Verma, Priya Verma, and Mr. Anuj Singh were present.
The objective of the quiz competition was to promote knowledge related to Pharmacovigilance and Pharmacy among students, develop quick decision-making abilities, and foster teamwork as well as a spirit of healthy competition. The successful organization of the competition infused enthusiasm and a spirit of learning among the students.
